RevCycle is an organization that without a doubt has the very best interest of its employees at heart. Following already being with the company for 2 years and completing my college education, the organization took a chance on me and offered me a position in my field of study. Like myself, many others have been given similar opportunities. As they truly do want to see their employees flourish in a position that suits them best. I am so grateful to have found a job that I am happy to be at each day.

For the past 21 years I have worked for RevCycle, starting as a Professional Collection Specialist in 1999 and then moving into the production Training Specialist role in 2006. I have thoroughly enjoyed my years with this company and have never looked back on my decision to work here. When people say to me, “I cannot believe that you are a debt collector!”, I believe they hold a lot of misconception. Our company is here for our clients and consumers to help them in the best way that we can and always provide the upmost dignity and respect. All my co-workers are amazing and professional people, and everyone here always works together as a team. My position within the organization has helped me to grow as an individual by introducing me to, working with, and training so many unique individuals. I have been able to help train in other departments, which has led me to a better overall understanding and knowledge of the company. This has provided me even more skills to be able to pass onto the trainees in out collection department. If you are a good organizational fit when you start here, but you are not in the right position, the company will do their best to move you into a department that is more suitable for you. I was very fortunate so many years ago to find a company that values its employees.

I have been employed by RevCycle for 5 years and it isn’t just a job, it is a place I go every day to be with people who are more like family than coworkers. A lot of times at a job you hear the reference “I am just another number” not at RevCycle! Here you really do feel like you belong! The training that you will receive at RevCycle is beyond excellent, they want all their employees to excel and thrive in their position. I mentioned the PTO, right? The PTO is great!

I have been part of the RevCycle team for a little over a year not and have enjoyed every minute of it. They provided me with all the tools and training I needed to succeed and feel comfortable working in this new environment. Since joining the team, I have had the opportunity to advance my knowledge and continue to grow in my role. I look forward to more opportunities in the future!

I have personally had the opportunity to advance my career in our organization 4 times in my 15+ years of employment with the company. I enjoy working with people that become as close as family and share the same work ethic. When I applied for a position with RevCycle when I moved to Marshfield, I was simply looking for a job, Instead I found a life-long career and look forward to what the future holds for us!

I have been employed with RevCycle for a little over 11 years and have enjoyed being part of a fantastic team. RevCycle has given me several opportunities and they have been very willing to work with me when life changes occurred so that I could continue to work with a positive organization. I work with a lot of selfless and evolutionary teammates which not only makes our tasks easier but also more enjoyable. It’s a great feeling knowing that we provide a positive and professional image to not only our clients but our coworkers on a daily basis.

I have been with RevCycle for just over 2 years and have worked in two different departments within the company (they really give you a chance to find where you fit best) and both have been great teams to work with. Having worked in two different departments I have had to have two different kinds of training and both were very thorough, to the point, and very good at preparing me for the tasks/jobs that I would be doing. Along with the excellent training, the company offers good benefits and definitely acknowledges the importance of family and life events.
